Step One
Book Your Session
Decide what your business needs and which package will best achieve your goals. If you are unsure, I can help you work one out.
After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a questionnaire that will help me fully understand your business needs. The depth of the questions will depend on the package you book.
HANDY TIPS:
- Contact me well in advance to ensure all your deadlines are managed.
- Have a clear idea of how you want to use your branding images.
- Answer the questionnaire as honestly as you can so I can fully understand your goals.
- If other staff members need to be at the shoot, book it in their diaries too.
- Be open to suggestions and always ask questions if you are unsure.

Step Two
The Strategic Prep Work
Good prep work is the road map for a successful photo session. This ensures that the final shot list ticks all your visual branding needs.
Once I have a comprehensive understanding of you and your brand, I’ll spend some time to brainstorm creative ways to elevate your personal and business branding through photography. Then you’ll be presented with a vision board to help you see the overall vibe and style for your session, as I see it. This is to ensure we’re both heading in the same direction creatively.
During this process, we also discuss the best shoot locations, hair and makeup, styling and wardrobe needs as well as any other props required.
HANDY TIPS:
- The vision board is a discussion point so don't be afraid to give your honest feedback.
- Think about the types of industry specific props as well as personal props that would help add personal touches to your images.
- Don't worry if you don't have a physical office as I have many creative ways to represent a mobile work space.

Step Three
The Shoot
With all the hard work done prior to our session, all that is left is to enjoy your time in front of the camera.
If you’re nervous and not sure what to do, no problems! I’ll direct you on how to pose, what to do with your hands, how to smile and how to position your face and body so I can capture your best angles. All you need to do is trust my guidance.
Unless we have agreed on a specific delivery date, you will usually receive your selection gallery within the week of your session and your final images within 7 days of full payment.
HANDY TIPS:
- Prepare your outfits the day before your session, ensuring that they’re steamed, pressed and on hangers.
- The week of your shoot, make sure you confirm any hair and nail appointments to ensure you look polished for your session.
- Remember, the more confident you feel on the day, the more relaxed you will be.
PRICING & PACKAGES
Below are my three branding photography packages. Payment terms are 50% upon booking and 50% upon delivery of images.
All fees include travel within 50km of Springfield. An additional fee is charged for further locations.
I also offer individual headshot services at my Springfield Studio. These are priced at $150+GST per single digital image file or $250+GST for two digital image files.

This package is designed for corporate organisations with more than 10 staff and who need clean and consistent staff headshots that adheres to company guidelines. The price is quoted per hour for the photoshoot itself and then images are charged per digital file purchased. There is an option to extend the session to include working shots (candid), which are priced at $50+GST each.
