Clients are responsible for preparing for their photography session, which may include:

Late arrival may reduce the available session time.
All images delivered to clients are edited according to the photographer’s professional style and creative judgment.
Raw or unedited images are not typically provided unless agreed upon in writing.
Final images will be delivered through an online gallery or digital download service.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the project scope and editing requirements. Estimated timelines will be communicated during booking.
All photographs taken by Branding Profiles Photography remain the copyright of the photographer unless otherwise stated.
Clients are granted a license to use the images for their personal or business marketing purposes, including:

Social media
Marketing materials
Professional profiles
Images may not be resold, transferred, or used for third-party commercial purposes without written permission.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Branding Profiles Photography may use images from sessions for portfolio display, website galleries, and marketing materials.
If a client requires confidentiality or restrictions on image usage, this must be discussed prior to the session.
While every effort is made to ensure high-quality service and image delivery, Branding Profiles Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including equipment failure, location restrictions, or unexpected disruptions.
In the unlikely event of image loss or technical failure, liability will be limited to the amount paid for the photography service.
